I really wanted to draw something from behind so I could draw the undersides of feet and I got this far, but didn't really like the design of what I was drawing, had no idea what to do with the background, et cetera. Though that probably applies to most of my ideas anyway.

Something quickish I did in Painter 11 as an attempt to get myself used to using the program again. (I used to use Painter Essentials 2.0 for some of my art, but now I feel really clumsy or lacking in comfort in the program or something.)
